To be eligible for a refund, we will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase, which must correlate with the detail on our system.

Once we receive your request for a refund, we will inspect the detail and the circumstances and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after completing the review.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 90 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

This policy operates in addition to any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
